Young Woo is the founder and Principal of Youngwoo & Associates LLC. In a career spanning over four decades, Mr. Woo has established himself as one of the foremost visionaries in real estate development. Always challenging conventional wisdom, Mr. Woo has produced a legacy of groundbreaking developments such as his pioneering data center projects, the “Sky Garage”, Google at Pier 57, and the Radio Tower & Hotel. Mr. Woo also developed the World’s largest “Vineyard Estate” in Mendoza, Argentina and owns farmland/agribusiness in Paraguay. Mr. Woo has been recognized for his contributions by many major publications.

Mr. Woo is a graduate of Pratt School of Architecture and a philanthropist supporting organizations focused on the indigenous culture in Latin America.

Margarette Lee is a Principal and CEO of YoungWoo & Associates LLC. She leads the organization’s legal, construction and development activities with an emphasis on leading new initiatives and settings the firm’s strategic direction. Over her nearly four-decade real estate career, Margarette has created and defined projects across a range of various assets — from retail and entertainment to luxury residential and hotel as well as transformational office spaces. Her most renowned projects include the Sky Gargage, Google-P57, Dekalb Market, Radio Hotel and Office Tower and Chozos, a luxury hotel/glamping in Argentina. She has proven her ability to manage complex projects and to deliver them on time and on budget. Her comprehensive development and operational skills have been essential to the company’s success.

Ms. Lee is a licensed attorney in the states of New York and in New Jersey. She is currently a trustee of NYU Schack Institute; board member at the Holy Name Hospital; and, she is a governor of Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She also served as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Queens Museum of Art for many years and currently serves as a founding board member of the Canal Project, a non-profit contemporary art institution dedicated to underrepresented and emerging artists. Ms. Lee was an honoree of the KAFSC (Korean American Family Service Center) for her philanthropic work and is a recipient of a Proclamation from the City Council of New York and an Honoree of the Queens Museum of Art.

Bryan Woo is President of Youngwoo & Associates a real estate development company based in New York and leads the company’s acquisition strategy and financing. The company has developed more than 8 million square feet of property in niche markets and property types. Previously, Bryan lived in Seoul and worked in the Principal Investment Division at Mirae Asset Securities. Earlier in his career he was an analyst in the securities team at Northstar Realty Finance Corporation (NRFC). Bryan received his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Amherst College.

Fran Mulnick Parker, General Counsel at Youngwoo & Associates LLC, with over four decades of experience focusing on sophisticated corporate matters and complex commercial real estate transactions. Single handedly negotiated, drafted documents for, and closed a wide variety of multifaceted transactional matters with high profile entities, concentrating primarily on dispositions, acquisitions, pre-acquisition due diligence, mortgage financing, construction, ground leasing, and retail, office, and industrial leasing involving a diverse array of commercial real estate assets, including office buildings, retail properties, industrial properties, and multi-use properties. Spearheaded sizable commercial real estate finance transactions involving senior mortgage financing in a variety of financing and debt mechanisms, including acquisition, construction, permanent, mezzanine, CMBS, and preferred equity. Admitted in New York, New Jersey and California.

Michael Martella, Controller at Youngwoo & Associates LLC, an innovative and visionary global executive with over 30 years of international experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, corporate finance, and fundraising.

Prior to this role Michael held the position as CFO and Board Member for the PAN Group, an international private equity company. Michael led the group in structured acquisitions of advanced technology and professional service multinational companies for public sector stakeholders in the Middle East. He also successfully secured and executed large scale Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Civil and Environmental Engineering programs structured in the form of Joint Ventures, Private Public Partnerships, Build Own Transfer, and strategic alliances.

Earlier in his career, Michael held senior-level positions in both investment and commercial banking companies, including Fidelity Capital Markets, Credit Suisse Asset Management, Citicorp and Lehman Brothers.

Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Providence College.
